This is a machine for chamfering, grinding, lapping and polishing of optical glass with different sizes and forms. It has a lot of advantages and it is used manually.

* The biggest advantage is the vacuum tweezers which have different tips.

* Another advantage is that the machine can be easily regulated on height, which facilitates the worker to decide if he/she will work in a sitting or upright position. This is very important for the good ergonomic position of the spine.

* The cooling is taking place using two methods:

  • Option 1 – cooling slurry (water) flows from the top of the tool.
  • Option 2 – cooling slurry (water) flows through the tool.

The machine has a lot of options and advantages, which are included in this basic price:

  • The machine has a control panel for spindle rotation axe speed and a Control panel for vacuum and cooling lubrication
  • Vacuum tweezers with a set of different tips, suitable for different size of optics.
  • The machine has a lift module and can be regulated on height depending on workers choice. This allows the operator to have a comfortable and ergonomic position of the spine.
  • The working table and the working basin are produced from special material to protect the glass.
