Nick 2000 Ltd. is a modern and fast-growing Bulgarian company in the field of optics. Thanks to the technological development and the commercial know-how, Nick 2000 Ltd. supplies to its customers complete high-quality optical solutions.

We manufacture according to defined customer specifications or we develop according to the individual requirements. We are working per DIN3140, ISO 10110 or MIL standards & ISO 9001:2008. Nick 2000 Ltd. is able to supply unique prototypes, small-series production, as well as mass production.

Nick 2000 Ltd is a company with continuous growth and success, recognized for its high-quality products and innovative practices. Certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, the company ensures consistent quality and environmental responsibility in its operations. Since 2014, it has operated in a larger facility that supports its ongoing expansion.
Specializing in flatness measurements, Nick 2000 Ltd use the XONOX VT750 interferometer, which contributes to its status as the number one company for plane optics in Bulgaria since 2016. The company's "magic triangle" approach—offering exceptional flatness (L/10), surface quality (10-5), and parallelism (10 seconds)—ensures high-performance plane plates that are easy to mount and adjust.
A key strength of Nick 2000 Ltd in lens production is its use of both conventional and CNC Synchro speed machines. This flexibility allows for efficient small-batch production as well as large-scale manufacturing with quick turnaround times. This combination of precision, speed, and versatility has established Nick 2000 Ltd as a leader in optics production.
In 2025 we expanded our Measurement equipment adding roughness measurement device ZYGO Zegage Pro HR 3D Optical Profiler.

NICK 2000 Ltd was established in September 2005.
The founder, Danail Dechev, originally envisioned NICK 2000 Ltd as a company dedicated to offering customers optical and opto-mechanical components of consistently high and stable quality. The abbreviation "NICK" stands for "Notion for Innovation, Creativity, and Knowledge."
NICK 2000 Ltd. is a green thinking company. In 2018, we successfully reduced our chemical usage in production by over 50% compared to 2017, and we continue to maintain these improvements today. Additionally, we have embraced working models based on the principles of a circular economy. In 2023, we started the first phase of our photovoltaic plant, and in 2024 we have finalized it.

• 100% of our optical and opto-mechanical components are inspected before shipment.

• All components are provided with standard inspection reports, material certificates, and coating inspection reports (if required), or with any specific reports requested by the customer

• The components are carefully packed and secured according to their specifications, and each is labeled with details such as part type, item code, drawing, and order number.

• After delivering the goods to customers, we gather feedback on their satisfaction to continuously improve the quality of our work.

• As a result of the policy we've implemented, customer satisfaction has increased, and claims have remained below 1% over the past few years.
